If any of the above items fail, our technicians will schedule a repair as soon as possible and subject to availability. Guests agree that no refund will be issued for the failure of the aforementioned items.

We are not responsible for personal items left behind after guests departure under any circumstances; however, we try to locate and return them whenever possible, although we cannot guarantee that this will happen.
